That's a good question. At this moment it's purely ego and sticking to the argument for the sake of argument. I even feel this to be a bit distasteful considering the physical state of Michael Schumacher. Not that has been brought up here, but you'd think people would atleast keep the discussion in a serene state because of that, regardless if you favor him or not.
Even mathematically/in probability theory, if F1 continues to exist for an infinite amount of time, the probability of each of the options in the poll occurring will approach 100%. The literal answer to the topic is yes.
But the real topic is 'In your opinion, will the records be broken' which is different and opinionated and always degenerates into these kind of playground threads.
Maybe you could only accept answers that show the calculations to derive the probability of the records being broken
