So far looks like a good deal, Brackley is only used to about 60% of the capasity it could post Honda, and this will be another good thing for the Hispania team. It will also mean that Hispania can get on about their job without fuss in arguably better facilities than what Kolles has in Germany. Also means that they are closer to their R&D department ad well, and within reach of plenty of outsource companies and they could also use the Mercededs autoclaves to get parts on the car quicker if Mercedes arnt using any at the time.

It shows that Hispania are a team that are going forward, and if they do go for Dani Clos who i think is worth a punt in F1, it leaves me to think that Liuzzi is staying for 2012 as well. It also means that Clos will probably get himself integrated in the Hispania team towards the end of the year in FP1, probably in Liuzzis car to give Riccardo plenty of time in the car, dependant on his development.

It also suggests to me that Hispania will also be looking at a young driver tie up with Racing Engineering GP2 team as well, simmilar to what Team Lotus has with Team AirAsia or what Renault has with DAMS or Sauber and Ferrari have with ART, and what Virgin have with Manor GP in GP3 as well.

Hispania are spending time doing the ground work, and they are getting it in place now. I think a step forward is going to happen in 2012, especially if they potentially could be the only team in F1 with the Cosworth engine next year, or they may drop Cossie power for Toyota power if they can pay the €10m for a years supply of engines that has been also suggested/rumored for Hispania in 2012.
