Somebody mentioned Bernie's medals, why I think placings 1st to 3rd should be content with receiving those prizes only.

Gold medal should be 24 carat of course and given directly from Bernie's hand.

As another performance incentive, the team with the driver finishing last will have to cater the winner's party afterwards.
