Toyota/Glock awesome pitstop

The front wing brings me to another question, have Toyota designed a modular style car??? As it brought back memorys of my first or second time watching the Le Mans 24 hour race in the early 2000s, Audi did a gear box change in that race in 4 minuites if i remember.

Whitch, could mean that Totota have probably designed a car that can get back to the action quickly, cutting 3 seconds from the stop, posibly meaning a extra place.

Pity they havnt been avle to do it with the rear wing and shark fin as im shure Trulli would have loved that after Kubicas shunt.

I'm not meaning to contradict but i thought all front wings/nosecone were essentially modular..?

If they could litterly clip on a new wing and leave the nose i think that would be modular.

They had a guy on the left hand side of the car with a jack under the driver. He's hard to see but after the car has departed he's there with his jack.

Toyota almost managed to put a new fin and rear wing on Trulli's car, but the car was too heavily damaged. Toyota said that the attachment clips for the rear wing were too damaged for a new wing to fit on.

I too was very impressed. Other teams were wiggling their broken noses off and then clipping the new ones back on by hand.

Toyota just took their "Nose on a Cart" and just wheeled it straight on and it was done.

I've never seen anyone with such an efficient solution before, but now that I've seen it, it seems so obvious and simple!
