I don't like conspiracy theories. But at the end of 2007, I was stunned. Especially after I saw an interview with Max Mosley at the beginning of the last race. People asked him if it wouldn't be unfair to Kimi if Lewis or Fernando would win the championship with an illegal car. He said that that would indeed be unfair and was almost unexplainable on a sport level. Then in the race the strange incident with the gearbox happened to Lewis. He fell down exactly enough places to become second. It got even stranger when in the end, Lewis and Ron gave both a different explanation about the incident to later come up with the same explanation. And I believe two other cars in front of Hamilton (a BMW and/or Williams, if I recall correct) were found too light, and should have been disqualified. But suddently they weren't and McLaren nor Lewis or Fernando complained.ringo wrote:they could have done this:It simply read: 'what are we going to do about the n****r?'

Yep, It could be from as far as brazil 2007, when they put his gearbox in neutral remotely.
I always think there is something fishy about that incident. The FIA prevented the championship from falling into the hands of a rookie.
I hated myself for thinking this but I couldn't help thinking that Dennis, Hamilton, Alonso and Mosley had some sort of agreement that Hamilton and Alonso could keep their points, if they came in 2nd. I hope I'm just being silly here!
