=D> right! that is what i mean. In Montreal we could only see a low downforce rearwing. But nothing else. The only big thing was the snow plug dissapearing and the high nose. Other Teams are testing many different things (RB: 3 different exhausts, Ferrari: 100 or more different exhausts). We just can see on every second weekend a small change in the fw.Diesel wrote:I've been quite disappointed with the rate of development on the MP4-27 this year, especially when you compare it to the rate of development they had in 2009.
the flaps on the sidepod came in Monaco if i remember ^^ , but this doesn't make them to world champions.n smikle wrote:The last update was waaaaay back in Barcelona! That was back in the 2nd week of May! We are almost in July!
Not even a fin nor a flap since then.

Lewis's car rear axle is not new, they been using it in friday practice .Owen.C93 wrote:Apparently Lewis's car had a new rear axle. But yeah I've been very disappointed in McLaren update this season (and last year as well).
I thought Lewis drove it the whole Montreal weekend?westech wrote:Lewis's car rear axle is not new, they been using it in friday practice .Owen.C93 wrote:Apparently Lewis's car had a new rear axle. But yeah I've been very disappointed in McLaren update this season (and last year as well).
Because it seems a waste to have all them aero guys, wind tunnels, composite departments and CFD guys doing nothing all day.hardingfv32 wrote:You guys are only talking about visible developments. We have no idea what the non-visible developments are.
What is the point more revisions when you still cannot manage the tires properly? What is the point when you do not have a good baseline on tire performance. There is every possibility that getting the tire setup right is worth more than the average benefit of a successful car revision. Why not concentrate on tire setup then?

The problem is that they can't find the right setup AND don't improve the car.hardingfv32 wrote:You guys are only talking about visible developments. We have no idea what the non-visible developments are.
