In Imola Max could deliver the pole, then in race it's not so easy to overtake, but it's not impossible, we'll have to see what advantage McLaren will have, also depends on the weather we'll find, still unclear.
Monaco in another story, the difficulties the McLaren duo are having in quali can open the door to competitors, but is RB21 able to pole in Monaco ?
The tires allocated for Imola is C4, C5 and C6 (new softest in the range). C6 is new and getting debuted in Imola. I doubt it would live for a entire full blast quali lap. At this point, rain is predicted for the entire weekend. If it just rains overnight, then it would take away the rubber from the track, which would then make it even more difficult to keep that tire alive for an entire lap. Considering the compounds are softest in the Pirelli range, it would be difficult to keep the tires cooler when being pushed by a McLaren from behind. Max may not manage to keep a McLaren as long as he managed in Miami.
Monaco is another story. It's all slow corners and McLaren has strength in that part also. W16 is the next best in those type of corners.
