Its still two DNFS versus one. Its about time something right went for him. Start calling him lucky at two/two.
Rosberg also had reliability problems in Canada, just because he made it last admirably well doesn't mean he was trouble free.

Hamilton looks to be on the verge of crying. He looks a wreck. The others look much more cool.
If you are more fortunate than others, build a larger table not a taller fence.

Why pay him any attention?

Stop whinning..

FIA needs to stop penalizing all for track limits, and blah blab... Let them race so we enjoy more!
What they need to do is bring back gravel traps, but that belongs into another topic. Great racing by both.

Rosberg had issues, but they were issues that were the same as Hamilton's, and were only manageable because of the warning that Hamilton's failing earlier gave. Hamilton's car has failed resulting in dropping out of the race twice now, Rosberg's has failed with that result only once. To call Hamilton lucky based on that is ridiculous.

So that was fun. Just gutted for Massa. He is as quick as Bottas, but has no luck.

Well Lewis, consider this a "reset" in your WDC hunt.

Well done Valtteri, what a great race he did.

The moaning of Alonso and Vettel was ridiculous at one point. They should have tell them on the radio just to shut up and put their foot down god damn it, they're racing drivers.

"...and there, very much in flames, is Jacques Laffite's Ligier. That's obviously a turbo blaze, and of course, Laffite will be able to see that conflagration in his mirrors... he is coolly parking the car somewhere safe." Murray Walker, San Marino 1985

He did, and he lifted, but he had no idea what was going on behind the Caterham as the actual crash in the track happened. At that point, following the Caterham is the best plan, as your assumption is that the driver in it is doing his best to avoid the crash. Pulling out to see at that point would have been a dumb move in most circumstances.

I rate vettel now as 2nd class driver, he should thank newey every time.

Give Alonso a Mercedes and we would have epic battle at front. Most likely Alonso will destroy rosberg and Hamilton, but still

He was complaining that Vettel went wide at the last corner. The result was that he was in the slip stream down the start/finish straight, and through village. The result of that was that he was up Alonso's gearbox in Loop. Finally, he got past in the DRS because of that.

Basically, Alonso is saying that Vettel gained lasting advantage by going off the track.

Of note, Vettel also went off the track at Copse immediately after finishing the move.

I think Ferrari may have a fairly strong argument if they visit the stewards that Vettel only got past because he went off the track twice.
