They will crush everyone else even more at the next GP.
I don't know about toying. They obviously can't get the the KERS to work properly with their car as I'm sure they'd love to have it. Webber would have been able to hold his position against Hamilton, for starters, with the device working.

Jimi, either write smth constructive ... -.-

Regarding Hamilton... The BBC commentary team listed several situations in the past where a driver was disqualified because of the plank... And Lewis looked very worried on that press conf. :/ When will the news be out if the car passed or not?
I would be very glad for Petrov if nothing else! Can just imagine what Kubica would do with that car... uh...
And Perez... Either he has the perfect driving style on the hole grid, having great race pace + conserving the tires or Sauber found something because that's just not normal... LOL
One pit stop, while others made 2/3... :D GREAT JOB!
The race wasn't boring as I expected, but I think we'll be seeing a Vettel show till the end of the year, and that's not good...

@Tazio - I hope not, it would take away from what was a very good performance.

I screwed up the alarm clock and missed the start. Did Fred make a poor stars? When I started watching at lap 12 he was behind Mark and Massa?

Ha! I thought it was hilarious when Horner said that Newey "wouldn't let" them KERS on the car because it would compromise aero! Newey's incredible.

Also, it was interesting how initially Button was struggling making use of the DRS on Massa, but he seemed to get much better at it further along in the GP. Although, was it down to that, or were the tyre degredation/differences in car performance a bigger reason for him to be able to pass?

I'm still not convinced that KERS is that big of an advantage. Horner says Newey won't compromise aero for KERS placement. So I imagine they have cooling problems with it or something.

You gain some HP, but I reckon the system messes with balance as well, unless it was incorporated into the car's design from the ground up.

Congratulations Vettel. The way this man speaks to his team is demonstrating that he is a special driver. I think this is a great way to start the season. I'm confident that this maturity will make him a great Champ and not just another Champ.

Not really a poor start, but he got pushed off the track by Button in turn 1.

What I found really interesting about this race was the way different teams approached the different tyre strategies. I did not expect Ferrari of all teams to go for a 3 stop strategy. They were not at all impressive with their tyre wear.

I think the race pace of the RBR was matched by Hamilton until he had the floor issue. Mclaren got it wrong by keeping hamilton out longer than Vettel for the first stop. The real benefit of KERS is seen during the race as the teams can use it to get extra HP or even get extra mileage and can afford to carry less fuel.

Made an okay start but parked himself on the outside of the corner and was pushed wide by Button and Massa. So poor positioning rather than poor start.

God racing today, congrats to Sebastian and Red Bull. Drivers of the day are Petrov and Perez. Buttons drive thru was disappointing, but he was a little frustrated i feel with a still out of sorts Massa.

No KERS on the Red Bull, interesting. Sends a message that KERS really dosnt work.

Perez one stopper, what, wheres the 2/3 stopper on those Pirellis???

DRS did work, but it worked only twice to what we saw on TV, the rules need a tweak, but its still too early still i think.

2 weeks to Sepang, just a pity that Hispania cannot have a couple days testing at Sepang to get up to speed!!!

I agree, and I also think McLaren should have used the hard tyre in the second stint but they have more data than me :) Either way that car is good on its tyres.
