I missed the race today, but it doesn't seem to be on BBC iPlayer. Anybody else have this problem? And if so does anyone know why it's not on iPlayer yet. Usually races are available on iPlayer by now.
It was on iplayer we were watching and about twenty mins ago it stopped and now isnt on there, ive seen half the race an am boiling up to kill the bbc i player team....i could think of nothing worse than it going to sky but maybe now ill change my mind....anybody know where else you can watch it?
Missed the race, hoping to come home, watch it on iplayer... Instead because they are being so slow about it, and my impatience to know, i checked the results. Abit disappointed about it all, I dont understand why the forum is up yet the race is not :s
I reckon it's more to do with FOM and the rights, when I went through the iPlayer help about accessibility. They say that some show's they cannot show for restricted rights reasons. But I can't think why it wouldn't be up? Just remembered I had it recorded on my BT Vision box, so I can watch it there. But the BBC should have it up for evryone who wants it. They claim you can watch back the programmes within the next 7 days, but if they won't even keep it on iPlayer for a couple of hours, they're not sticking to what they say.
Couldn't spot it this morning (7am NZ time) but it was up this evening as well as the highlights. Not sure of the reasoning but it's no biggy now I have the great down it all add-on for firefox. 10x faster downloads using some kind of black magic!
I realize that Richard, we get the bbc feed down here but with badly timed ads and no practice coverage. I was going to fork out for a proxy but i dont know if its worth it now because of the bbc/sky mess.
