Predicted Horsepower for F1 2002 engines

All that has to do with the power train, gearbox, clutch, fuels and lubricants, etc. Generally the mechanical side of Formula One.

Predicted Horsepower for F1 2002 engines

Post

Hi everyone

I'm a new guy here and I have done some searching, but couldn't find anything similar to my topic. So I guess this has not been discussed before.

Since the 2002 season is over and 2003 has almost started, there must be more information (rumours) to what the specs. (BHP and RPM) of the various team engines was for last year during the race and qualifying.

If I'm correct "Autosport" usually give their opinion on this, but I can't find the article unless someone can give me a link.

Can someone please tell me?

Thanx

Thanx for the info.

I guess those values are for the race engines and that the qualifying engines can even be higher. Am I right?

Anyway, thanx again :D

Renault performed very well last season with an engine that is more than 80 hp behind the topteams!
Although I personally think that the renault does not look like being very fast. Kind of a heavy car, at least the looks of it.

Anyway... going back to work now ... 8)
