Strange coincidences about some races?

Strange coincidences about some races?

Turkey is a race with next to no spectators. So as such it is easy to lay it on at almost no notice. Bahrain is a non race that nevertheless pays. The two can be nicely paired for maximizing revenue. Would that be coincidence?
