Dear all,

I want to know whether this project just sounds crazy of if it would be viable to actually produce it.

See below for details:

Car/ATV crossover racer.

Based on: Yamaha YFM 700 Raptor
Chassis: monocoque with spacefame reinforcing in the form of a 12 point rollcage
Body: Carbon Fibre/Aluminium
Brakes: Small 2 pot calipers for 10 inch wheels
Suspension: Double wishbone suspension
Engine: Modified Yamaha 686cc liquid-cooled w/fan, 4-stroke; SOHC, 4 valves
Gearbox: Modified Yamaha Raptor 700 5 speed + reverse

Dimensions:

Length: 2586mm
Width: 1107mm
Height: 750mm
Wheelbase: 1515mm

Target dry weight: 275 KG

Target power output + performance parts: 85-100hp
Power to weight ratio: 300hp + per ton

This was my initial quick list when i thought of the project. I was hoping to use some f1 tech in the car, but here is the issue. Is it possible to fabricate a double wishbone suspension within a reasonable buget or would i need to look at diffent tech??
