Ferrari Paranoia - It's Got To Stop

Post

I don't know if any of you guys bother to read the other trash forums out there, but if you don't I will tell you something, you are missing out and some of the stupidest and most illogical stuff ever seen. And much of it centres around a hatred or paranoia about Scuderia Ferrari.

I never knew Armchair fanboys had exclusive access to driver contracts, know the infinite details of the 2013 spec cars before they have even been released, they seem have all the telemetry to know who exactly is faster than who regardless of machinery.....its unbelievable really, I think F1 teams need to start sacking their technical directors and start hiring people from Planet F1 and Autosport forums, because believe it or not, they know more about F1 than the drivers and the team bosses do.

Some of the utter tripe I am seeing on a daily basis being peddled around the internet as 'facts' are the following.

Fernando Alonso had the car to win the 2012 WDC and he bottled it.

Any living breathing mammal with an IQ of more than 65, let alone fans of a sport as technical as F1 should really be embarrassed when discussions like this take place on a public forum. That's all I have to say on that topic, as if any other driver not named Hamilton could come close to achieving what Alonso did this season.

When you sign for Ferrari you get given a contract which says " I AM A NUMBER TWO DRIVER".

These fanboys have the ability to ''remote view'' driver contracts straight from their armchairs, it's an amazing psychic ability they have, these guys are like Tom Cruise in minority report, they can see things before they even happen.

Fernando Alonso's contract says " I AM THE NUMBER ONE DRIVER NO MATTER WHERE I AM IN THE STANDINGS".

See above.

The Team Bosses Only Voted Alonso The Best Driver of 2012 because.....

I have never seen so much bitterness in all my life, since Alonso got this accolade i have seen the following

"The team bosses don't know what they are talking about"
"They only voted for Alonso because they are mad that red bull keep winning"
"Alonso tricked the entire media (the same media who has villianised him since 2007) by pretending he doesnt have a fast car, when his car was a championship winning car all season"

and the lowest of the low....courtesy of Autosport forums of course.....

"The team bosses opinions mean less than the ''CASTROL RANKINGS''.....the castrol rankings are a true interpretation of who is the best..

Ferrari made a mistake letting Raikonnen go for Alonso because Raikonnen won a WDC

This is actually one of the stupidest of the anti Ferrari nonsense being spouted where people look at numbers and say Kimi has 1 WDC with Ferrari, Fernando doesn't, therefore Alonso and Ferrari has been a failure.

Without even getting into the who is better than who, or the fact that Alonso would have slaughtered most of the Field had he been driving the F2007 and F2008 and the fact we were paying 25 million a year (well our sponsors were) for a driver with a 'get in the car and drive' attitude who was getting beat by Felipe Massa (a driver who was on about 6 million a year)....lets put it this way.

There isnt a serious Tifoso in this world or anybody anywhere in Ferrari.....even the toilet cleaners in maranello..... who would trade Fernando Alonso for Kimi Raikonnen to come back. Simple as that.

So had to give my 2 cents on that because I keep seeing this stuff peddled around and being used as fact in Arguements, and it's nonsensical and has no basic logic.

Perfect post for negative votes. No technical content, just speculation from other sites.

People are entitled to their opinions. But having an opinion is not a guarantee that they are correct.

We could take the title of the post "Ferrari Paranoia - It's Got To Stop" and could easily substitute "Ferrari" for just about any driver, team, or team principle.

Mcaren Paranoia - It's Got To Stop
Red Bull Paranoia - It's Got To Stop
Button Paranoia - It's Got To Stop
Massa Paranoia - It's Got To Stop
Vettel Paranoia - It's Got To Stop
Raikkonen Paranoia - It's Got To Stop
Racing should be decided on the track, not the court room.

You are accusing others of illogical post but your post are full of it too.

What car did Alonso drive in 2007? He drove the best car in the field and he could not even slaughter his teammate :)

If it weren't for his rookie teammate choking at the last two races of the season, he would have ended up 20 points down on his teammate, which in old currency is two wins...

He had a better car than Force India and Hulkenberg fought for the win in the rain at Brasil. He should have done the same. If Alonso had won the race, he would have been the champion...

Someone has had a bad new year...
No one acts like that
Some of the utter tripe I am seeing on a daily basis being peddled around the internet as 'facts' are the following.
If you name opinions which you force down everyones throats 'facts' then I dont know what is real anymore
Fernando Alonso had the car to win the 2012 WDC and he bottled it.
No he did not
Any living breathing mammal with an IQ of more than 65, let alone fans of a sport as technical as F1 should really be embarrassed when discussions like this take place on a public forum. That's all I have to say on that topic, as if any other driver not named Hamilton could come close to achieving what Alonso did this season.
what?
When you sign for Ferrari you get given a contract which says " I AM A NUMBER TWO DRIVER".
Yeah what is it with that?
These fanboys have the ability to ''remote view'' driver contracts straight from their armchairs, it's an amazing psychic ability they have, these guys are like Tom Cruise in minority report, they can see things before they even happen.
So you are now bashing the forum for something you are doing now? I dont get the relevance of the header with this text either.
Fernando Alonso's contract says " I AM THE NUMBER ONE DRIVER NO MATTER WHERE I AM IN THE STANDINGS".
Where did he say that? Also it is common knowledge that Ferrari favor Alonso, much like they favored Schumacher before. It is common knowledge and doesnt need to take that much effort to find out. Doesnt the continuous asskissing from Di Montezemelo towards Alonso ring a bell?
The Team Bosses Only Voted Alonso The Best Driver of 2012 because.....
Because he took a dog of a car and gave it a chance of winning the WDC, together with good teamwork and great tactics from the Ferrari team.

Can you tell me where that is? I am quite active on this forum and hasnt seen anything like that.
and the lowest of the low....courtesy of Autosport forums of course.....

"The team bosses opinions mean less than the ''CASTROL RANKINGS''.....the castrol rankings are a true interpretation of who is the best..
hmm?
Ferrari made a mistake letting Raikonnen go for Alonso because Raikonnen won a WDC
Alain Prost won three, they should have still kept him!
Raikkonen won one WDC in the three years, and in the other two he was defeated by Massa, yeah that says enough I think.
This is actually one of the stupidest of the anti Ferrari nonsense being spouted where people look at numbers and say Kimi has 1 WDC with Ferrari, Fernando doesn't, therefore Alonso and Ferrari has been a failure.
This is the stupidest line I have read in your post so far.
I dont get this part, what are you trying to say?
There isnt a serious Tifoso in this world or anybody anywhere in Ferrari.....even the toilet cleaners in maranello..... who would trade Fernando Alonso for Kimi Raikonnen to come back. Simple as that.
God yeah it has to be that the tifosi is retarded and has absolutely nothing to do with Alonso being a better driver. It also has nothing to do with Santander either
So had to give my 2 cents on that because I keep seeing this stuff peddled around and being used as fact in Arguements, and it's nonsensical and has no basic logic.

Please keep the two cents to yourself next time.

Anyone who is competing for the World Championship is going to get an incredible amount of hatred. For some reason fans get satisfied when they try and argue that their competition is garbage and that their driver is the only good one.

Personally, I don't think that makes much sense. I think if you argue that your driver is beating these drivers that are also outstanding drivers, that is more of an accomplishment. But I guess some fans are more proud of their driver when they beat crumby drivers :?

We'd all rather miss out on it thank you.
