Tyres in 2006

Post

Hi,
I know it is too early to talk but what do you think of the tyres for the next season? Will they be closer to 2004 or 2005 season? What do you think of testing performances of Michelin and Bridgestone? Thanks...

Bridgestone's performance will improve dramaticaly compared to the last season. I think both tyres will be competitive, the rule will always apply that one's perform better on hot tracks while other on lower temp etc. It goes into so much details that we can't really predict ahead.

Hopefully we'll see interesting competition

Bridgestone's performance might improve if the cars using them are good.
Last year everyone spitted over Bridgestone untill Ferrari admitted that F2005 wasn't competitive and that tyres are not to blame.

When analysing the tyre performances you have to remember how cold europe is at the moment compared with the heat of a GP like Malaysia or Bahrain so the who knows how well the tyres will fair in hotter climates

(GO bridgestone [-o< )
