Without doubt it's an April fools. These engines take years to develop for highly experienced companies with hundreds of millions to spend. Red Bull don't have the expertise even if they could technically afford it.Shafto wrote:I am calling April Fools, opinions?

I would like to think that Nissan could take a shot at building an F1 engine. However, even with money being no object, you simply can't make engineers magically work faster. There's a small chance they'll switch to Honda, but the most likely scenario is that they'll still be using Renault engines in three years time.
