This is why I think Lewis sets up for the race, certainly entertain Rosberg, he has been comfortably faster than Rosberg in the race throughout the year, and it doesn't make sense

Unusually the Mercedes drivers are using the same amount of fuel at this race. Hamilton usually uses slightly less than Rosberg but they are near enough identical so far.

Didn't want Hamilton to win the title like this.....

"Ok Lewis, Its Hammertime!!" - Peter Bonnington

"Fresh tires, 15 laps. What do you think Lewis Hamilton is going to do?" - Martin Brundle

Two questions:
1. Will Rosberg finish?
2. Will the same issue affect Hamilton as in a previous race?

Oh, safety car for the fire? That'll make Rosberg's life even harder.

Edit: Looks like it's not in a dangerous location after all.

At least the points difference will show a true difference between Lewis and Nico this year :-D

I was just thinking, if I was merc, and I wanted to ensure the best pr outcome, maybe I would just turn the engine down on Rosberg to ensure if ham did have a car failure he would still win the championship... :D lol.

So, Hamilton having trouble too? Perhaps he's managing the situation back to Rosberg...

Ah, discussion between Hamilton and engineer about needing to turn up the car if necessary. It's looking like management.

Extending stints and Rosberg's car falling apart = story of the season, another substance contamination at the right moment? I guess Merc didn't want any drama. Not that was much of it anyway.

What a boring race, Bottas went backwards again, Magnussen record breaking fist lap incident.

Hamilton won't fight Massa if/when he catches him. He won't risk anything.
