Fishy yet smart move from honda. They dont have big update for next 7 races so put 2 engines instead, another loophole of regulation.

Great news, it just makes sense. Now hopefully they'll put Gasly on the Hypersoft tires to start with so that he'll get past both Williams and Saubers as soon as possible. The Toro Rosso is supposed to be good on that tire anyway.

I think its better go to Supersoft and then bring the hypersoft for a last stint fast with low fuel...

They may be thinking that as the car is out of position it is best to pass tail enders as soon as possible and be within 'striking distance' of the mid field by pit stop time. If they can make him a good gap to the last 4 cars by then he may eve get out of the pit just losing 1 or 2 places.

Hartley was faster in all FPs. And In Q2 he was 0.3sec slower than his Q1 time
And qualy results are 3:3, so I cant get from where people get the impression that Gasly is faster in QUALIFICATIONS.
Usually Gasly had better race pace...

Australia is not a true represantative I think. But at the end yes H was better P after qual.

funny thing is hartley is a bad qualifier. if it was someone with experiene that car would be in q3. brendon has only few more opportunities before he is gone
