Bending that size pipe would be too much internals stresses. It would crack after a short time in the heat.

I agree, especialy with a very tigh radius like that but Inconel 3Dprints pretty well.

From my experience pie cuts vs madrel bend, there is literally zero difference in performance. Hell in even more critical areas such as valve seat angles you won't find much difference between radius or discreet angles.

A mechanic shaves the clearance between tyre and floor.
Note: the very flat angle of the pull rod and how high the rocker is relative to it. This keeps the pull rod clear of the floor for aero, even if the geometry/stiffness design is tricky.

There is in theory but very minimal to null I agree, even more with a turbo and after the turbine. I guess that's why they elected to save a buck on that.

Hack and slash engineering with that flick atop the front top a-arm as I see it. That particular a-arm position with the wheel upright was one of their more unique features to the front suspension of this car. This addition tells me their new found flow in this area may be, to an extent, unwanted.

Sure doesn't look like that to me, they had a similar suspension last year, this is just further refinement of the out wash flow structure keeping the tyre wake away.
