Left-right flip flop (13) looks easily flat, and I suspect it'd still be that way even with DRS wide open.
Even if they put DRS for the whole lap, there is barely an overtake coming in the race.
Maybe but at least the cars should look good over the crests and in the fast sweeping corners, then there’s some old school driving challenge. It’ll make a change from long straight, brake, hairpin, long straight, brake, hairpin rpt... rpt...
Tyre management should be difficult and the high temps will make for a technically demanding race for the engineers. Physically the long corners and high temps will add another dimension. I can’t see the race going by without a couple of safety cars, if you go off you’re staying off.
There’s room for different types of circuit on the calendar, do we really want to race at Bahrain every other week? I’m looking forward to it.
