I know it’s FP1 and all the usual caveats apply (before people feel it necessary to point that out and ridiculing me for having an opinion)… I also note that Ferrari are currently 1-2 in the timings.

For me, I sense redbull are faster this weekend. Max obliterated the Ferrari’s on the hards, and got severely hampered on his soft run due to traffic.
So you seem to acknowledge that basing any conclusions on FP1 is silly, yet you're doing it anyways, and telling us we're not allowed to bring up to you how basing conclusions on FP1 is silly. lol

Just a gut feeling. It was right in Australia, Imola and Miami. Let’s see! I’m a Ferrari fan so I’m hoping more than most I’m wrong. But yes, that is my gut feeling right now.

Nicely played.
Can you explain a bit further? I see a picture of the pitwall?
It's a joke with Green Red Bull cans.

You didn’t need a gut feeling to see which cars would have an advantage at those tracks. Your post almost reads as concern trolling.

How did they get those cans made in such short time?

They must have been spying on AM and have been already aware of the updates they were bringing..... FIA better look into this.

Edit: I guess I should have added the /s

* Ferrari highest top speed, that new DRS wing helps, despite probably the highest downforce of the group again, Campsa in that Ferrari is way faster 4-7kph, but then Leclerc doesn't push the acceleration much further after it so everyone else catches up on speed.
* Verstappen certainly took a very different path in S3, probably had traffic or somesuch, I would say there's more in the lap for him
* There's also a bit more in S3 from Russell, the acceleration to finish line could be better
* Merc is close

Lots of setup work that needs to happen for quali.

race sim Ferrari looks better on tyre deg, at least on softs, Merc isn't half bad:

Mercedes was happy about the Pink Mercedes, so why can't RedBull be happy about the green RedBull?

Top speed on main straight not meaningful for Mercedes. Their last corner exit speed is extremely poor compared to the other two.

The Mercedes braking mid-entry is also much worse in the big braking zones.

Mercedes not bad in most of the other turns.

If they can fix their balance under braking and their tyre preservation over a lap they should be maybe 3 tenths closer?

So you saw max in traffic on TV, then you interpret it from the graph. It's like stating the obvious.

Actually didn't see max in traffic on tv, I was following LEC mostly, but what's your point? What should I have said?
