Well, I guess we all are about to find out if the AM is still the second fastest car on high speed corner circuits. I think they will be. 👍

For some reason I'll say Mercedes will be faster than AMR. Ferrari will be closer to RB. Bonus prediction: Perez will qualify ahead Verstappen

I do not see Perez qualifying ahead. Despite what some think, Max will take no pleasure at all qualifying behind Perez. He'll be ahead if he can help it.

Haha yeah in the past for sure. Now I think he tends to be more measured, probably because of a lack of pressure and the car advantage

He certainly changed his approach in 2022.. opening laps of spa is a good example of when younger max would've gone flying in and had an incident with Stroll etc

If only we could get to see another one of his ‘unfinished’ 2021 quali laps. That lap was perfection. (Until the last corner)
