I'm 99% confident they will use Monza rear wing they didn't use. Vegas is 20s longer lap than Monza and you can lose a full second on straights with wings too big during the race. Their (well, everyone's) Spa wing is a parachute on those straights. They seem to have even more rear floor downforce with Mexico floor, so I think they will be right up there

Heard it may come up again this weekend, but multiple teams in the paddock still believe that some teams (including McLaren) were doing this

The FIA checked the tyres in Brazil and nothing suspicious was observed. Obviously you would not expect anything strange because the teams knew the tyres were going to be checked beforehand. I think we will never know for sure, but we may suspect something based off of how teams perform in warm dry races.
