Renault with updates in Monza

Post

<img src="http://www.f1technical.net/images/news/r202.jpg" align=left>Due to some dissappointing engine failures in times of good performance, Renault have failed to secure their 4the place in the constructors championship already. Renault engineers have hereby developed a new package for the R202 having fitted the car with revised front and rear wings for the low-downforce set-up and new brakes to provide the car with crucial stability in the run to the chicanes.

‘The new package includes several updates and the testing at Monza last week allowed us to make a thorough evaluation of their performance,’ Gascoyne added. ‘.

As the kerbs are also a major feature of Monza, it is necessary to take them well in order to run a good lap. Therefore, the ride height is a factor which receives a great deal of attention over the weekend.’
