McLaren MP4-23

This afternoon the MP4-23 will be unveiled. I'm really excited to see if McLaren was able to adapt their car in time. (Ferrari spy case)

It will also be a special launch for Lewis Hamilton as it is his birthday

The news about the new car will be online asap! (Tomba is at work and I'm at school, but we'll do the best we can )

The mounting struts of the rear wing look damn weird... It's shaped like a hook Or are my eyes decieving me?

No bridge wing, no wheel covers also.

Looks like they were also bothered with the air box design. Those 2 bars and openings reminds me of the designs of 2001-2002 with those little horns. Anything to do with the new regulations?
Like Ferrari, it seems that they also chose to raise the nose a bit, and the wheel base, as hinted before, is longer...



Those "hooks" on the rear wing looks like a refinement of the design they used last year in Monza, for example.

The aero of the front of the car does appear to have changed a little with regards to the concept imho. The nose is higher with more enthasis on air flow over the middle of the front wing. the front wing to me appears a little wider at its front too??

Maybe he is checkin for Ferrari Parts.

Its odd to see no Rims at all, i would of expected them on all the new cars.

Loads of work on the front end. Looks good, but i am wondering where the bridge has gone.

As somebody said earlyer there Airbox design has gone back a few years to the the Pre-horn Days.

Looking forward to seeing how it looks at the first race!
