Does anyone know what if any technology is being used by McLaren that was part of the stolen drawings??? I wonder if they are using design concepts.

Mclaren had confidential information on the F2007's wheelbase and brake bias control system, but now, a year later both teams are probably using newer and more advanced solutions to both aspects.

I'm pretty sure everything that you see on the MP4/23 came from McLaren's drawing board, otherwise Ferrari will probably sue them again in no time.

anything that can be seen on the outside of the car is in the public domain and thus fair game for any team to copy / test / adapt and use

hence the appearance of 'shark fins' on many cars

or are you suggesting that every one stole red bull drawings before noticing the 'shark fin'?
