Tyrrell P34, designed by Derek Gardner, and saw it's debut in 1976. Actually came 1-2 in the 1976 Swedish Grand Prix.

Racing should be decided on the track, not the court room.

That looks like the 1973 Techo. They excelled in F2. Had a novel aluminum monocoque construction technique. They used cast aluminum bulkheads and rivited the aluminum to it. Duraluminum sheet was what they used as skin back then. Very interesting alloy.

Correct, but this particular chassis was never properly raced to my knowledge.
But who designed and built the pictured gem?

As for the Tecno,
Close DaveK, but the pic shows a second chassis for 1973, which design and build was independently outsourced by sponsor Martini(!) to Gordon Fowell and Alan Phillips (Goral) in the UK.
This proved to be even worse that the Italian built chassis, designed by Alan McCall, why it never raced. Legend has it that the hapless Chris Amon could hardly fit in the cramped cockpit.

Agreed, this is not a complete F1 car, but indeed a very odd engine.

What?!? Fenders?!?
Isn't that a 550 Spyder for Le Mans? Although there were 2 Grand Prix cars with fenders that I remember of.

Mercedes W196

It had a 'normal' version too

That looks like the:
"In 1967 Parnelli Jones lead the Indianapolis 500 in an all-wheel drive entry built by Andy Granatelli - and powered by a jet turbine. With Jones at the wheel the turbine car almost won, but was felled by a spent bearing with but a few laps left in the race. "Silent Sam" was nonetheless a crowd favorite."

Does Chitty-Chitty-Bang-Bang count? As far as I know, it was the earliest Grand Prix car with "wings"... LOL

for what its worth (we're talking wikipedia here) looking up that tyrell, the wiki author claims that the tyrell and the "fancar" or "suckercar" (referenced above) are the two most unusual/oddest(is that a word?)/bizarre F1 cars ever.

the 6-wheeler and the fancar are pretty out-there in terms of oddity. but for humours sake i agree with cba_:
