Besides, they didn't build one part with Ferrari IP, and there were a number of similar leaked documents issues, but hundred million dollar fines weren't slapped around there.
The "Alonso Affair" wasn't to do with Lewis Hamilton or the team, it was just to do with a whinging pillock that couldn't grasp that he was slower than his rookie team mate throwing the toys out the plan. After Alonso's idiotic actions at Hungary most people would have sacked him, I would have.
Don't you think you're opening up a can of worms with that one? I mean, while you are entitled to your opinion, as we all are, you're only resurrecting old topics that really don't have to be discussed here. If you'd have gone on to state something about Lewis staying at Mclaren it might have been a little more constructive.
Back on topic:
Lewis will leave Mclaren at some point I reckon. I just don't thin it will happen anytime soon unless something major (like spygate or liegate) happens again. (and knowing Mclaren that could be in 10years time....or just 10minutes time!)
However I do thinkt here is probably some truth to the idea Anthony Hamilton is looking elsewhere, I don't mean actively, but keeping a watchful eye out for a vacancy...maybe at Brawn? I can only speculate.
I'm guessing that Lewis' father sees this lie-gate scandal (from his viewpoint) as an example of how Mclaren or certain people in Mclaren are manipulating or otherwise influencing Lewis in a negative manner. And as a father who clearly loves and wants the best for his son, he might be looking for a better environment for Lewis to pursue his career in at some point.
However I do feel the likelyhood of Lewis leaving Mclaren at the end of this year as highly unlikely.
