if we transfer the engine power by shaft or hydraulic, it will make extra weight & use more space, & need more final drive cooling system.
is this possible for this?
the KERS has 120kW=30kw/wheel, normal, we will use a 30kw hub motor on front wheel.
if combine front wheel driver & front KERS together, & we want to transfer 160kW power to front axle, that means 80kW per each front wheel.
in my idea, I will use a 190kW hub motor on each front wheel, and a 160kW generator connected to engine.
while don't use kers, the generator drive the front axle directly, it will provide 80kW to each wheel.
while braking, the rear KERS motor, generator & hub motor will charge kers store device together. it won't thouch the rule because no KERS input limite in new rule.
while use KERS, the battery will provide power to 60kW rear motor and provide 30kW to each front hub motor, the generator will still provide 80kW to each front motor.
