All that has to do with the power train, gearbox, clutch, fuels and lubricants, etc. Generally the mechanical side of Formula One.

2010 fuel tanks

What will the teams do to add volume to it, because i think it's going to have a wider body area, so you'll have to reduce that but i was also thinking to put the centerline of the fuel tank to the centerline between the wheels so the handling won't change that much. Any thoughts?

There're 3 options you have.
1: Go longer
2: Go wider
3: bit of both

A quote from Adrian Newey who was interviewed, as well as Christian Horner and Bernie, in Red Bulletin.
Adrian Newey wrote:2. Radiators
The larger fuel tank creates packaging issues: we have to get the extra fuel in by either making the chassis longer or wider. Wider would be preferable, but the downside is that you tend to end up making the radiators smaller, and losing cooling efficiency. RB6 is a compromise: we have a slightly smaller radiator and a slightly longer chassis
Edit: Online copy of magazine can be found here it's the latest (March 2010 edition)
