normal wings (as opposed to spoilers) @ low-downforce tracks

Post

Hey all. I was just wondering the other day. Why doesn't the teams, looking for a supremely low-downforce configuration for Monza, not just use normal wings (those things like on an aircraft. Curved on 1 side flat on the other) for Monza as opposed to their wings. Their wings are more like spoilers, aren't they? Wouldn't Bernoulli wings (I think they're called) provide less drag and enough downforce for Monza?
