Because of the other thread ive made up this thread.lol.
Im working on a car that can break the 1 sec barrier if its possible.
With all the info i received in the basizeland project, ive tried to make something more fierce than their car because my team will meet their team at international comp.
Im trying to understand what is the effect of diffuser and how am i going to it at my car?
Please give me some info.

your design is illegal in 2010, the rules clearly state that there is the be no altering to the guide line slot in the balsa block. maybe it could still work if u just had the guide line slot but the gap in the middle doesnt go all the way down.

why do you want a diffuser? What does a diffuser do? How is this going to make your car faster? Go back and reread the entire Basizeland thread.

I wonder how you want to get any advice without posting some information’s or pictures about your car. The reason why basizelands threat worked so well is that he already showed us a almost finished project and just asked for improvements.
In the end he still did the main job and I am sure he spend a lot of time just for writing on this forum. You will not get away just with a 3 line post.

ok this may not be any help to you but i see with Ur car that the front wing directs all the air that hits it up onto the car and wheels, ever tried changing the front wing to direct it to the side or underneath? would be interesting to test

I agree. Your front wing might needs to be modified a bit. Also, like stated before, many teams last year created a centre channel which air can pass through. THey changed the rules this year to discontinue that. Please post an update picture once your finished and I will be happy to help you out.

See you in Singapore!

It looks like it is small but it is the minimum length that i can go to reduce the surface area and reduce some mass.
So,ur car had been manufactured yet BenTran?
And about Singapore this September i didn't participate because there an important examination that i should attent to.
Damn.
Well goodluck team Canada.
