I read somewhere he's gone through 3 trainers since starting F1. Looks like he is working very hard this Winter and doesn't have the distractions that he had last year. However, he's always been in good shape since he started F1 (he's certainly no JV/JPM in that regard).

WTH was that posted for? I would like say "he does as every other F1 drived does this time of the year". Alonso is know to train with Tout de France cycling teams. This year he wants to strop off 2-3 kg and I am sure he trains like hell as we speak...
