Hey all. Nick worth mentioned a while back (in the BBC's f1 forum, sometime around germany I think) that using the GPS data that they get about the positions of all the cars, they've calculated that to achieve the same apex speeds, entries, exits, and straightline speeds, they would require 20% more downforce at the same level of drag.
Now, the GPS would facilitate and allow everyone to calculate the accelerations and apex speeds, etc of cars. Would it be somehow possible for teams to reverse engineer that data and somehow work out fuel loads? Just wondering as as we all know, testing doesn't mean much nowadays due to the fuel loads.
