evidently yes, seeing as it's only Red Bull & McLaren fighting for Pole Position & Race wins

Look at the fastest lap times for each race and you'll have the start of an answer.

Deduce what you can, if anything, from these.

That means nothing really because of the huge variation in tyres. Qualifying times might give a better representation of the cars true speed.
