Is any F1 components made from ceramics?

does anybody know any components on a Formula 1 car which is made from cermanic material

I know it's used as a heat protective coating, but only components I could think that may be ceramic are bearings.

They used to be made of Carbon-Carbon...that can of course change.

From what I can find on the Brembo website, it's says Carbon-Carbon is being used in Racing, but Carbon-Ceramic for High End Sports Cars

An Honda article on Kers cited their bearings as being Ceramic. Since their KERS is not in any actual team I don't know. But if that electric motors are running 18krpm they probably have ceramic bearings.

Yes, the bearing rollers are most typically fron some kind of nitrid ---, but never the races as far as I know.

I wonder about valves and seats though, wasn't that a favourite with these unholy material guys?
