Sato wants to leave BAR

Now Jenson Button teams up with new-comer Rubens Barrichello at BAR Honda next season, Takuma Sato has lost his race seat for next year and according to reports from the BBC he's not keen on taking a testing role with the team.

Sato's manager, Andrew Gilbert-Scott, sees no reason for his driver to remain with BAR Honda in a test role as both Button and Barrichello have long-term deals with the team.
Andrew Gilbert-Scott "We want to find something to move forward. We are working on trying to get him in a race seat for next year, that's my priority. I'm hoping, I'm optimistic."

With Honda dominating in the IRL IndyCar series, Sato would find no problem finding a driversseat in the US oval Series, but according to Gilbert-Scott that's not an option, Formula One remains the objective.
"I'm not looking at America or anything else. I'm very optimistic that we'll get something in F1."

There aren't much race seats left for next season, but the Red Bull II Team or Midland/Jordan may be (the only remaining) options for Sato.
