MotoGP: Márquez and Miller hit with grid penalty for Sunday’s Hungarian MotoGP race

After the opening day of the Grand Prix of Hungary, Alex Márquez and Jack Miller have been hit with a three-place grid penalty for slowly online in Practice.
Jack Miller and Alex Marquez have both been handed three-place grid penalties for Sunday’s Hungarian MotoGP at Balaton Park.
The pair were judged to have been riding slowly online and disturbing other riders during the crucial final stages of Friday afternoon practice. The incident happened in the dying stages of Practice, and the pair was found to impede Francesco Bagnaia.
The Gresini Ducati rider endured a tough weekend last time out at the Red Bull Ring as he was forced to serve a Long Lap penalty which dropped him back to P11. Despite his strong pace earlier in the weekend, he was struggled to fight his way up the order, and crossed the finish line in a disappointing tenth place.
