Scuderia Ferrari F1-75 speculation thread

A place to discuss the characteristics of the cars in Formula One, both current as well as historical. Laptimes, driver worshipping and team chatter does not belong here.

But something's going on with the nose tip and FW tip.
And they definitely copied the "inverted" rear bottom wishbone.

Can see where the wastegate feeds into the exhaust I think

Intrigued by the sidepod air inlet and by the mirrors, which are placed differently from the rest of the other cars.
I really like the looks of this car 8)

This does look more legitimate than all other "leaks". Definitely aggressive airflow all around. Shows the triangle inlet as was rumoured.

I do like the livery. I was getting a little worried :D

Nailed livery... Expected maybe a bit more on the packaging of the sidepods. Definitely need to see from more angles.

BEAUTIFUL car! Hope it’s as fast as it looks.

I think there is an undercut - ie the black section where the sidepod meets the floor is undercut vs the red - but this is proper double floor stuff, as in similar to the original double floor concept. Not something that’s ever been on a particularly successful car so let’s see!

The floor doesn’t seem real - with a huge cut before the tyre - so I think they’re holding a lot back here.

Does the sidepod opening still have a nod to the 2017 mid wing concept? Tough to tell

with the opening 'inlet' like slot beneath the mirror, seems like they'll use that to create a potential vortices into the downward slope feature on the top of the side pod?

I agree, compared to Aston Martin sidepods packaging looks big. Even Alfa c42 have bigger undercut. :-k

Looks like a 50:50 of AMR and McL sidepods philosophy

Haven't teams been doing that even with the bulk head mounted mirrors? I guess, they are clearing up the area on the bulk head for the flow stream to go uninterrupted over the top of side pods without a need to energize the flow with an extended mirror mouting.
