In case of a big shunt you want to have someones head, neck or body going tru a MRI scan asap, impossible if you wear jewelry there…. (mentioned by a dutch reporter, no credits here).
That material doesn't affect MRI or cat-scan they say. A small chunk of platinum. Remember there are people with dental and skeletal braces too. Are dental braces banned too? See, there is no logic to it. There needs to be a review of what sorts of materials and forms of Jewelry are allowed. Checks all the boxes? You're good to go race.

Ferromagnetic metals like Iron, Nickel and Cobalt are indeed a problem for an MRI though. Ironbased medical implants in general are so highly alloyed that they lose their magnetic properties, so they aren't a problem.
The issue in reality is that most people don't actually know what their piercings are exactly made of. For instance Nickel isn't an unusual material to find in piercings.
However, the height of the floor tunnels may have an impact elsewhere, such as the location of the cooling package, tunnel entry, front wing, rear wing, beam wing; it all works together. And that is with them maintaining the small side-pod concept, which may also no longer work as they would like afterwards.
No, it sounds like a lot of work, but that's what it takes to be successful.
The Zero pod design gives them scope to position the proposed arched roof floor to the side of the pods. It could also enhance floor rigidity.

One day AI might be able to fix the W13 zero pod concept !
Things will get a bit better probably, but without rear suspension tuning/upgrades it will probably not make W13 competitive for wins even if it is in the right direction.

Well if they can solve the balance issues and gain a several tenths with the floor and the engine being turned up as intended, perhaps that 1s gain isnt that far fetched after all....
To conclude, the Brackley team will carry out, before the Spanish weekend, the second and last filming day granted by the Federation over the course of a season. One hundred kilometers that Ferrari will also carry out next Friday on the very fast Monza track in Brianza.

A quick goolge search shows that even for stainless steel sutures the level of image artifacts are small, and the temperature rise is like 2 degrees celcius under an MRI. The was no sigificant magnetic pull because of the small size of the items.
Platinum is not magnetic so this wouldn't be an issue for a nose knob. No artifacts, no heating, no magnetic pull.
FIA has enforced a lazy ruling to target one driver.
Binotto a few days ago said that Red Bull will have to stop bringing so many updates to be compliant with budget cap - or that they are magicians if they continues to bring updates -
Ferrari will start to deliver first updates. It will be interesting to see if Ferrari strategy is better, bringing updates slower but all the year
