Im lost for words.
Terrible race. What is up with Ricciardo? Vettel on 30 lap older tyres is keeping up with him #-o
Nothing is up with Ricciardo- it’s the car.

I am really curious. Is the Old Wind Tunnel and Simulator that much of a handicap that they are getting developed by teams who Mclaren should have been able to eat them for breakfast?

What a absolute piss take
Just about the only part of the entire team that didn’t --- the bed was the drivers
PU failure for lando
Bad engine swapped back in
Terrible speed
Bad strategy
3x Compltely crap pit stops
Just an entire waste of time

They seriously need to do better than this considering where alpine and Alfa Romeo are.

What a joke

Hard to stay motivated. I think I'd rather take a peaky car that is competitive on a few tracks than an "all round" performer that is below average on all tracks ☹️

I am quite afraid that their home race wont be any better.
If i would get the money to start my own F1 team, i would revive Arrows

Silverstone is mooted as a weekend where upgrades can happen for a lot of teams but does anyone know if that fits within the McLaren schedule or whether we will be looking at a few races later?

I don’t recall seeing much in interviews about upgrades beyond the Barcelona package although we know I’m sure additional things will come.

There was a silverstone package planned but I haven't heard anything recently on it.

Lando has returned to an older PU after yesterday's issues (from the TeamStream). I don't think it should hinder him too much though 🤞
Was Lando on the bubble to get penalties if he got a new PU?
LN took PU#2 between Australia and Emilia. PU#1 had the problem at the end of the race and was why the team orders were issued to hold DR behind him.
If they installed PU#3 in Canada he would be on the bubble.

DR has just taken PU#2 between Baku and here.

we brought updates for Barcelona too but it was like nothing or worse. The car is a cripple duck in the straights and not enough fast in the corners.

Bloody depressing race, so many issues. We were actually decent in sectors 1 and 2 making up time but couldn't pass with our crap top speed. Add in the rubbish pit stops and car problems as well. Lando had to use an older PU and Dan had temperature issues after the last safety car. No wonder he was losing so much time. I was like wtf is going on.

We need to reduce drag and sort our top speed, its our achilles heel at the moment.

My summary of today's race. The race reminded me of a race from 2017. I think that's all been said.

Ouch, what a shocker for the team!

Multiple bad pit stops, Norris running s tired PU and Daniel having Zero pace on the last set of tires. 🤦‍♂️

Anyone know what happened to Daniel’s car? He was doing fine in that last stint and then suddenly started losing several seconds a lap.
