He is just giving us entertainment. He doesn't need Q3 runs.

Once again, Max cracks under pressure in Q3. He’s got a mental problem it seems to stay calm when in matters. What’s the point of smashing fast laps in practice seessions when you almost always underdeliver in Q3. He needs to have serious talk with someone and try to get mentally stronger.
Premature ejaculation lol.

I think Ver will go opposite of Checko, which will be hard-medium.
thats an awful strategy due to safety cars and red flags
High risk, high reward. Only works seldomly, i believe it did for russell last year?

Could RB get near 1000 WCC points this season? Too much of a ask?

1146 points available for the season inc fastest laps and sprint points.

5 races so far would mean possible 234 points. the drivers have 224points.

224/235 points so far. Dropped 11 points in 5 races out of the maximum.

There's no point trying to score too many points since the entry fee and super license fees for the next season is based on the WCC and WDC points. I suspect as soon as the title is within reach, Red Bull will pull back all resources.

Be nice for the first team to crack 1000 points though. Would be some achievement that would take some beating.

LOL. I am a Max fan. Was just annoyed by his Q. This performance is mental.
FYI, just think before you post BS next time.

Flawless performance for Max and a new impressive display from the car. It was again in a league of his own.The competitors seem to have given up on the idea of trying to fight against it.

Hence the main competition will be between the two drivers. Lately Perez had a mix of a bit of luck and some good driving to stay close of Verstappen and even win in Baku. But today, despite starting first and Max 9th, he was far from his level and Max won easily in a clean race without any incident.

The car is so dominant, the pilots are now expected to finish 1-2 at almost every race barring major racing incidents. It will allow some competition until late in the season because Perez is better than Bottas. But this race shows that he isn't as close to Max as he thought. But he needs to continue to believe in himself.

Max was complaining about bad upshifts in the race. It never really subsided. Between lap 50 and 57, GP asked Max if he wanted to "test" another setting, but wise Max was having none of it, afraid to make it worse

Anyway, persistent gearbox issues this year. They are on Max's 3rd box if I'm not mistaken. This box probably took a beating today.

I anticipate some grief with this later in the year.
