Yeah the 39 is a very different to the 38(A) McLaren with regards the front grip. McLaren are defiant about their "innocence" in the rear wing speculation, claiming they will run last week's wing. It seems the FIA have gone out on a limb on this and along with the way they are implementing the changes, they may end up with egg on their faces. Nothing to see here, why are you listening to Horner (who is likely the source of the complaints). A few months ago it was McLaren alleged to be injecting water into the tyres. , hope nothing stops the Mclaren if they have worked hard to make their car fast instead of complaining about others. As Carlos Sainz said he saw how McLaren as a team was rising and he saw it coming, and he sees Williams being similar makes me look forward to his prediction in coming years 
If Sainz said he knew that Mclaren dominating was coming, why did he leave? I'll say bullshit that he knew.
