Seems Miami is the place for terrible liveries and colour schemes.
These changes in liveries and overalls is an eyesore to be honest. Once in a year, is fine, but changing these like drivers' change their helmet design, is really annoying. So many times, it becomes difficult to know which car it is on TV. I am not sure how annoying it would be for audiences in the stands or on track side. The more hideous the designs are, like this one, the more annoying they become.
I don't see the issue with car spotting.
