No it’s not, the rod is in a different location on the chassis. I did a side-by-side and it confirms it.
If it had moved, it would be on the FIA doc. I think the bodywork just makes it look that way because it's closer to the chassis.
It strangely isn’t in the FIA document but I can very much assure you that the wishbone is in repositioned lower down on the chassis, The Race did a side-by-side comparison with the engine cover and the suspension changes toward the rear has gone completely unnoticed. I saw the angle of the rods look new when Albert Fabrega did the rear wing comparison.
What’s weird about the FIA Document is that Racing Bulls side pod changes wasn’t listed neither was the changes to the Redbull via the sidepod inlet.
