More importantly they have brought suspension updates, in fact almost every team on the grid has brought suspension updates bar Red Bull I think.
Verstappen had a solid shot of landing in front of Leclerc.
Proves yet again how sensitive the car is to track temps. A disaster today. Track is expected to be the hottest tomorrow. A pace deficit of 1s in Q would imply that Max is going to get lapped by both McLarens tomorrow.Bill wrote: ↑28 Jun 2025, 17:56Max almost lost it in q1 he was turning steering like was holding something hot quite funny ,but i think on race day it will be good so a podium and points scoring for both car is possible ,its relatively easy to overtake .the champ will be a challenge .spa and silverstone will be big test redbull strong hold.
Can rule out the tyre cooling update that was supposed to come, lose so much performance when it's hot, MCL and FER(lesser extent) and much better than RBR and MERC in these conditions.venkyhere wrote: ↑28 Jun 2025, 18:03Proves yet again how sensitive the car is to track temps. It's silly to hope for podium, Russel is in front, and he will do everything in his power, to get that final penalty point to Max, in case he comes up behind. I am expecting a T3 or T4 skirmish between them, even if it's a coming together when there is a tyre offset after one of them pits.
