It's just not my impression, that the DRS effect has led to more chaotic races in the past - more on the contrary, with many DRS trains. But feel free to explain why you expect this, if I'm missing something.
Well, this is nothing new. Same was the case when RedBull had dominant cars, a well balanced car with some downforce wins Monza. Even if one lap pace is not king, they will dominate on tire wear. This is why I also not see RedBull competitive here. They will struggle in every 90° corner.
I think Bill is refering to qualifying more so than the race itself, we`ve all see how a decent tow can move you up the grid significantly...
