A place to discuss the characteristics of the cars in Formula One, both current as well as historical. Laptimes, driver worshipping and team chatter do not belong here.

What an incredibly un-useful picture comparison - thank you The Race!!

It's for very discerning eyes... They should have labelled it.

The differences are there.. Just a few millimeters on the two parts!

It's really funny to have mandated spoon wing designs and then see this gross downforce enhancement going on

Lol, they removed the actuator since there is no active aero and replaced it with a monstrosity of tiny wings?

How many winglets would you like, Toto?

Couldn’t Ferrari do something similar and have it as a permanent part of their package, since they don’t use a DRS pod to open the rear wing?

This device surely create a huge amount of drag. I do not see this begin useful anywhere except for Monaco.

Another indication for the power advantage. They can put on dirty downforce and just overcome the drag.

All I see is CDF & WT time, cost and resources for just one race, I like it, reminds me of Jordan in 86

The more I look at it, the more I am inclined to think - this has got to be a joke, the engg team is taking the piss off the media and other teams.... "see ? we can do anything"
