A red bull employee says publicly on a personal social media that they are glad the update worked and one day it will be reported what this upgrade included and it will blow everyone's minds. This is what they've said
I wonder when the day will come, but the more important thing will be the one to reveal it. It's hard to believe D. is going to do it... but time will tell.
It will be more important to find out if Austria was a one-off or if the trend continues.

There is much more downforce on the car than the previous 7 rounds. From what I saw of T4-5-6-7, I am convinced. Needs more though, not as good as the Mercedes/Ferrari, evidenced by T9.

Interesting times ahead.
I'm quite happy for the technical team in what they've achieved.
The media always kind of hyped AN, but it needs a whole well oiled machinery i.e. engineering team. RBR is still able to turn the page.
I'm inclined to believe that they have set their initial performance goals too low compared to the other top teams.

No I think they made some fundamental errors with sidepod shape etc, underestimating the need to push the front tyre wake out. Maybe some other design choices as well. Fact Skinner is out might have something to do with it.

Pace was very good, just look at China and compare this to today. I think this engine is a success, now they have to build a good chassis to strike and fight for the the title in 2027. This year it was always going to be transitional one. But I am quite suprised in a positive way. Lets go.

Tbh I think t9 is a rear suspension issue that's causing poor high speed performance

In the sense that it was bigger than what declared ? or maybe a very significant weight loss ?
He says specifically "what they changed" will "blow everyone's minds"

I imagine that the upgrade included something that's out of the ordinary scope for in-season performance upgrades.

It's also quite likely that it will take a few rounds before they get close to optimising this car
