I've seen some pictures from Austria that suggest it is a Red Bull style wing but then I saw the tweet from Nicolas Carpentiers who said it was Ferrari style. Upon further inspection, I think that's an optical illusion. The bulge in the endplate could be aerodynamic as it's a detail we have seen on other cars. It's not in the same place as on the Ferrari.venkyhere wrote: ↑16 Jul 2026, 18:59the 'spa macarena' pic suggests the implementation is Redbull style, where hinge is at the absolute top.AR3-GP wrote: ↑16 Jul 2026, 18:41The first Macarena sighting. We'll have to wait for them to just run it. I'm still convinced it is Red Bull's design based on Austria pictures. A Ferrari Macarena wing wouldn't have the central DRS pod, and Mclaren's pictures from Austria FP1 showed the center pod and the long linkage, so I do think it is a Red Bull style design.
This picture below might not actually be a macarena wing at all. Just some other version of their normal wings. The hinge is in the correct place for the non-Macarena setup. It's in the wrong place for a macarena setup (imo).
